A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Business Manager to work with one of Sental’s National clients.

Role Overview

The appointed Clinical Business Manager will lead a commercially focused service to patients. 

Duration of Employment



Full Time (Monday to Friday)


  • Implement the business strategy, ensuring the nursing service is continually at a high standard.
  • Assist with the development of the nursing strategy.
  • Manage and support a team of nurse managers.
  • Work alongside the sales and business development teams, ensuring increased sales and brand awareness are achieved.
  • Take charge of national projects in order to improve service delivery.

Experience Required

The successful Clinical Business Manager must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial and budget management.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Literate.
