A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to work with one of Sental’s Global clients.

Role Overview

The appointed Continuous Improvement Engineer will identify manufacturing improvements through optimisation and continuous improvement. 

Duration of Employment



Full Time (Monday to Friday)


  • Design and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to maximise effectiveness.
  • Understand new manufacturing systems to safely reduce costs for the business.
  • Solve both internal and external issues, ensuring you recommend solutions.
  • Review and design new manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Liaise with management and the engineering team.
  • Give support in the planning and management of assigned projects.

Experience Required

The successful Continuous Improvement Engineer must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Hold an Industrial or Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certificate or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Literate.
