A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced D&I Specialist  to work with one of Sental’s National clients.

Role Overview

The appointed D&I Specialist (HR) will identify issues in line with the business EDI strategy.   

Duration of Employment



Full Time (Monday to Friday)


  • Act as an advisor for improving both policies and procedures.
  • Identify local trends through analytics in order to help the business become proactive around EDI.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, delivering the EDI agenda.
  • Continually develop the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team.
  • Assist with the development of local action plans.

Experience Required

The successful D&I Specialist (HR)must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of providing EDI support.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Literate.
