A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Security Officer to work with one of Sental’s National clients.

Role Overview

The appointed Security Officer will maintain the security throughout the site at all times, ensuring all traffic and vehicles entering the site are dealt with appropriately.     

Duration of Employment



Part Time


  • Ensure that the standards set by the site management team are carried out accordingly.
  • Monitor both staff and staff vehicles on and off site.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the site.
  • Manage the CCTV whilst on shift, ensuring that this is monitored regularly.
  • Keep a record of all vehicles that enter the site on the appropriate system.
  • Answer and record external telephone call out of hours.
  • Control and use of vehicle weighbridge.
  • Carry out external site patrols.
  • Record and report on the factory refrigeration temperatures when requested.

Experience Required

The successful Security Officer must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
